1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bm77 website accessible at bm77.io, including all subpages, services, games, tools, and features made available therein.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any service provided by bm77.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, match bonuses, reload bonuses, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal of associated winnings may be requested.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the base currency of all financial transactions on the Platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all Platform operations and deadlines.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The bm77 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. bm77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the minimum age requirement is not satisfied. Any winnings accrued on an Account found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited in full.

2.2 Registration Process

To access real-money services on bm77, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

2.3 Identity Verification

bm77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations. We may request copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or at any subsequent point deemed necessary. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restriction.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. bm77 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bm77 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Account Activity

Your Account must be used only by you personally and only for lawful purposes. You may not allow any other person to use your Account to place wagers or conduct transactions. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised the specific action.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. bm77 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after prior written notice to the registered email address. The applicable fee will not reduce the Account Balance below zero. Reactivation is available by contacting support.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your nominated payment method subject to identity verification. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure. bm77 may retain transaction records in accordance with applicable data retention requirements.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bm77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your Account balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfers and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name; third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification may be eligible for higher transaction limits upon request.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to bm77 are reviewed and processed within one (1) to three (3) hours during normal operating hours. Requests may be subject to additional verification checks where bm77 determines this is necessary for security or compliance purposes. bm77 does not charge standard processing fees on BDT withdrawals; however, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own fees.

4.5 Currency

All Account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bm77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Players must not attempt to deposit via overseas payment sources.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal incentives offered by bm77 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time each offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates per game category, minimum odds requirements (where applicable), and expiry period will be stated in the specific offer terms. Wagering on certain games — including but not limited to live dealer baccarat and specific table games — may contribute at a lower rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bm77 reserves the right to void bonus awards and associated winnings, and to close any Account, where we determine — at our sole discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value, or any other activity that exploits promotional offers contrary to their intended purpose.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

bm77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a Player is actively progressing toward a wagering requirement, we will honour the outstanding requirement under the original terms wherever reasonably practicable.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets and Wagers

All bets and wagers placed on bm77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. bm77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our absolute discretion, including where we suspect an error in pricing or where bets exceed applicable stake limits.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, or other applicable authority) for the event in question. In the event of an abandonment, postponement, or cancellation of a sporting event, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules detailed in the bm77 Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms.

6.3 Casino and Crash Games

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective Game Providers. Crash game outcomes for titles including Tower and Limbo are provably fair; the verification methodology for each title is published within the game interface. bm77 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection, the outcome of the affected round will be determined in accordance with the Game Provider's rules; incomplete rounds may be voided at our discretion.

6.4 Errors and Palpable Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted or a game result displayed due to an obvious error — including but not limited to a manifest pricing error, incorrect odds display, or software fault — bm77 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore the relevant Account to its state prior to the erroneous event. bm77 will not be liable for any losses or missed profits arising from such corrections.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bm77 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances as appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access game interfaces, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard human users.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities in any way that provides an unintended advantage, whether or not the error is subsequently corrected.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or collectively exploiting promotions.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conduct, conceal, or facilitate any financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information, including fraudulent identity documentation.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, or allowing a third party to operate your Account.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward bm77 support staff or other Platform users.
• Any other conduct that bm77 determines, at its reasonable discretion, to be contrary to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of its users.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bm77 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the property of bm77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bm77 Platform without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use will be considered a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

9 Privacy & Data

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bm77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game outcomes.

bm77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits you have made in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

12.2 Termination by bm77

bm77 may suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we determine that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity, security, or reputation of bm77. In cases of material breach, bm77 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding Balance pending investigation.

12.3 Survival

Clauses relating to intellectual property, prohibited conduct, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive the termination of your Account and these Terms for any reason.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bm77 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the competent courts for the purposes of any ancillary relief.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
